Performance Tracking Methodology

How Muckard calculates and displays performance in your dashboard — and what we do not publish as sitewide marketing statistics.

User-specific metrics only

Your Muckard dashboard shows data derived from your connected exchange and your bots' activity — for example balances synced via API, open bot status, trade history, and realized profit/loss on closed trade cycles where the product supports it.

These figures are specific to your account and time period. They are not aggregated into public marketing claims on our website unless we publish a separate, sourced, and dated transparency report (we do not publish sitewide win-rate or return guarantees).

Definitions we use

Terminology in the app is designed to be literal:

  • Win rate (closed cycles): share of completed bot cycles with positive realized P&L, for your account
  • Realized P&L: profit or loss recognized when a cycle closes, not unrealized paper gains
  • Exchange balance: synced from your exchange; subject to exchange API accuracy and delays

What we do not do

We do not display fabricated 'live' platform-wide statistics on our marketing pages. We do not publish unaudited aggregate return figures as fact. If we release performance transparency materials in the future, they will be dated, methodology-backed, and clearly scoped.

Verify your own results

Compare dashboard figures with your exchange's official history periodically. Treat the exchange as the source of truth for balances and fills. Contact support if you see reconciliation issues.
